Blueprint '07 - Student Preparation Day

 
Blueprint '07 features everything you need to know as a student about portfolio preparation and design career expectations. From 10AM - Noon, you will participate in engaging discussions with top Indy pros on topics like preparing a great portfolio, presenting your work (and yourself!), what to expect out of school and much more. From 1PM - 3PM, you will participate in hands-on portfolio preparation of both real-life books and electronic presentations, using actual portfolio samples submitted by the pros from the morning session. Topics include organization and type of work, creating rhythm in your presentation, optimizing imagery for Web or PDF and easy-to-update online options.

Admission Price: $25

Portfolio Review 2008 will be here before we know it.  Be on top of your game when you're gearing up for the job market!

Registration ends Wednesday, November 7!

Lunch will be provided during a break from Noon - 1PM. Sessions will begin promptly, so please plan to be at the Art Center a little early.

Please note: if you have signed up for your membership, but have not received your AIGA member number yet, sign up as a non-member for the same price. All students will be able to attend for the standard $25 admission price.
