DUX07: Conference on Designing for User Experience

DUX07 is the highly anticipated conference for discussing, documenting and archiving the world’s current thinking on user experience design.

The conference is the premiere global forum dedicated to the exchange of radical new user experience strategies, exclusive insight and discussion about new design methods, and access to research and design practitioners with a visionary perspective on the future of the profession.

The theme of DUX07 will be “Changing Roles and Shifting Landscapes of Design.” Given the explosion of user generated content and social media, DUX07 will feature a full program of presentations, demonstrations, tutorials and exhibits that will explore how designers inspire and enable people's ability to contribute, create, personalize and share experiences.

The conference sessions are created by case study submissions that are peer reviewed for acceptance and presented through individual presentations and panel discussions.

DUX07 is presented by AIGA, the professional association for design, and the Association for Computing Machinery's (ACM) SIGGRAPH and SIGCHI.
